The tensions we have can in effect strengthen us if we take time to look at it differently and react positively. It all lies in our ability to manage the various stressors in our lives. This is what we are going to delve into in this episode, the second part of our current theme on wellness. Likewise, in the succeeding podcasts we are going to dissect the seven key aspects of well-being. Health is our greatest asset; therefore, we must take time to really think about the ways we can enrich and prolong the time we have on this earth without being a burden to others.
