Ray Schwetz and Donyshia Boston-Hill get business empowerment from Joanna Formont, the Executive Director of Sibs Place.  Joanna is a licensed mental health counselor and at SIBS Place she supervises programs and provides individual and group services to children and families coping with a loved one's illness or death. Previously, she worked with the WTC Family Center and has experience as a domestic violence and rape crisis counselor.
