He joined the Air Force ROTC program that took him from feeling "small" to finishing his 20 year career as a very accomplished Lt. Colonel. He has spent the majority of his life serving others from a young missionary to a leader in the Air Force. His has great leadership advice and discusses why you should serve others. This is great advice no matter what career field you're in and how long you have been in it, and he will tell why it's not always time to lead, and there is a time where you need to be a follower.
