She has created the Utah POST certified Peer Support curriculum, and is the only Trainer in Utah approved to certify both Law Enforcement and Fire Professional peer support . Along with holding national certifications in Trauma Studies and as a Mindfulness Practitioner, she is  a DOJ-certified trainer in Law Enforcement Peer Support and Suicide Prevention. Nayi has assisted numerous organizations in Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and Texas to develop, train, cultivate, and improve mental health resources, and establish and maintain peer support units. She specializes in building and maintaining resilience and psychological health in first responders.
