Gillian volunteers as Vice Chair of Inspire PTL, a charity supporting people with learning disabilities and other support needs. She lives in Aberdeenshire with her son, Andrew. Always full of energy, she is training to become a yoga instructor in her spare time and can often be found running the local woods and hills.‘I love coaching leaders to harness their strengths, tackle challenges and create a positive vision and plan for their future, by trusting their own insight to guide them. I’m constantly amazed at the breakthroughs and insights that happen in coaching sessions and the impact they have on individual's lives’.
