Today’s topic can be a taboo topic to talk about because there are so many conflicting opinions out there as to why a person shouldn’t or can’t change their mind. While I completely agree that you can’t change your mind on a regular basis, I also believe that if you don’t like the path you’re on, it’s OK to change your mind and get off it. In fact, in this episode, I’m giving you “permission!”   There are a couple moments in my life when I did the unthinkable and changed my mind – and they weren’t small decisions at all. The first is my brief stint in college. I didn’t want to be there. I wanted to be out in the world and making money, but I also wanted to make my parents happy. So I stayed and sabotaged my grades by not engaging (Books? Who needs those?) and excessive partying. Needless to say, I was kicked out.   I share this story with you for two reasons… Don’t take the roundabout way. Take the direct route. I was right!
