Are you in bondage to religion?  Terrible things have been done throughout history and even now in the name of God.  This grieves the true (Most High) God terribly.  People truly seeking God find religion instead, and then can be disillusioned when they do not find God in a particular religion.  Be comforted.  It is possible to come out of any religious system that serves man (and ultimately Satan/Lucifer), even Satanism itself.  Jesus Christ died for all, and does not wish for any to be lost.  His sheep will hear his voice.  If you come from a religion that does not offer you life, peace, and joy, know that Jesus Christ is the hope of glory in you.  Life is possible for those who seek Him, the Truth. He came to set the captives free!
