The Chat Reel  with Billy and Friends Proudly presents  Renee Best  Renee Best is a retired teacher who spent 39 years in the classroom. She is familiar with school systems across the country. She has taught in Detroit, Michigan, Oakland, California, Newark, New Jersey and finished her career in Florida. Renee spends her time in retirement writing. Her love of writing has yielded a nonfiction book, Crazy in the Classroom, about her experiences in inner city schools. She has, also, written a screenplay about a young black woman who pursues a vicious street gang for killing her mother. Recently, she has completed a poetry book entitled, Rapping Black Inventors, Poetry in Motion. This book features 50 African American inventors. Renee is, also, an influencer on Tik Tok with over 21,000 followers. As a creator, her content is specifically designed for women of all colors, as she addresses issues like being independent and self sufficient.
