Synopsis

Ginger Ridge is a place in the region of St. Catherine Jamaica. It sits high up in the hills of St, Catherine and is closer to Clarendon than it is to Spanish Town the  capital of the parish. The Ginger Ridge Primary School was once a booming school in the hills and was labelled at one time as the Ginger Hill University. The school now has a population of 50 students spanning the six grades 1-6. A year and a half ago, the school recently got a new, young and vibrant principal in the person of  Mrs.Kimetha Francis who vows to bring the school back to its former glory. The school's motto is "Be the best that you can be". Since becoming the chief teacher, Mrs. Francis has created a Facebook and Instagram page to highlight the school and its achievements. On July 1, 2022, the school embarked on a trip to Funland Jamaica in Kingston where the children had fun fun fun. The recent Primary Exit Profile (PEP)saw 14 students all of whom sat the exam acquiring places at traditional high schools in the parish. Among the
