A native of Philadelphia, PA, Theresa is passionate about self-employment and supporting the community. The idea for Urban Essence Salon & Spa stemmed from her desire to provide affordable spa services with natural products for everyone to enjoy. Ms. Peoples currently operates the products division and in this role, she creates delectable personal care products made from ingredients that are gentle and nourishing to the skin. Her line of hand-crafted products include a brown sugar scrub, soothing mint bath teabags and a variety of body butters, body sprays, soaps and shower gels. Her passion to create these products is a far cry from her professional career in information technology. Ms. Peoples will be bringing her attention to detail to new projects for Urban Essence Salon & Spa including promoting the customized fragrance servi
