A wave of teen suicides due to bullying last year led to a national hysteria Suicide is the leading cause of death among those aged 15-24. Among those young people who attempt suicide, eventually anywhere between 0.1 and 10% of these will complete the act.  In this age of the Internet, bullying is no longer limited to your child's time at school. It can follow them home in the form of harassing messages and photos through the Internet. And, although it may seem like it's all fantasy, it can have very real effects on your child's mental health, including suicide.
