Afraid of the Dark

This show will talk about how trauma impacts how we see ourselves, the beliefs we form about ourselves and how we percieve the world we live in. We will discuss and upack the intrapsychic and interpersonal aspects that are effected by trauma, i.e., our core beliefs, how interpret the world, etc.
