Dr. Lydia Temoshok is professor of Medicine and Director, Behavioral Medicine Program Institute of Human Virology of The University of Maryland School of Medicine. Leader in groundbreaking research on emotions and health. Dr. Temoshok received the Peace and You award from Divaldo Franco in 2010.  She has recently extended her work to study forgiveness in people living with HIV and AIDS. Her work examines the largest collection of biological markers associated with forgiveness in any existing study.
