News from Capitol Hill is that a BI-PARTISAN deal has been reached that would prevent a Government shutdown... according to Republican and Democratic Leadership...NO ONE GOT EVERYTHING THEY WANTED!  Can they convince the President to sign the deal?  What options are available for the President to get "his wall"?  How will this deal sit with "The Base"?  It is being reported that the Senate Intelligence Committee may be close to coming up with a final determination regarding the Russia collusion issue.  While they are still developing the report, Committee Chairman Richard Burr (R-NC) hints that there was "no collusion found" between the Trump Campaign and the Russians.  What does this news mean for the Mueller investigation?  Does this let POTUS and the Campaign off the hook?
