This week on BACKROOM POLITICS... Just over one month after the tragic events in Las Vegas, the worst mass shooting in U.S. history, our country now mourns with the victims of the mass shooting in a Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, TX.  26 killed...including children and elderly... over 20 injured.  We will discuss the latest.  Is this a gun control issue?  Is this a mental health issue?  How could this individual get access to a firearm...let alone...an assault rifle?  Is it now time to discuss sensible gun control or will America (and Congress) fall to their knees at the behest of the National Rifle Association?  ALSO, it's election day in America...eyes fall on the Gubenortorial races in VIrginia and New Jersey....is this election a referendum on Trump (well aren't they ALL for that matter)?  We will also look at other key races...and with POTUS in the Far East, what can we expect of Trump's meeting with the Chineese, Koreans, and other Pan Pacific leaders during his first Asian trip?  All of this ...
