Dr. Cook of Totally Whole Pastoral Counseling Services will address the issue of father absence from a social, emotional and spiritual perspective.  Father absence leaves a void that people often try to fulfill through unhealthy activities. Often people do not realize that the pain in their heart is "father hunger."  Father hunger impacts self-esteem, relationships, goal attainment, spiritual growth and addictions.  Dr. Cook will have a special guest Pastor Robert C. Roulhac of New Life International Church who will address the spiritual implcations of father absence.  Suggestions will be given on how to identify this hunger and how to heal from the effects of it.
