Logan Paul debuts after signing his new WWE contract, and Titus O'Neil cuts a bizarre promo to start Monday Night Raw that had a very weird vibe surrounding it.  Also, Bianca Belair defends her WWE Raw Women's Championship against Carmella before she wrestles Becky Lynch once again at SummerSlam.
