This podcast episode marks a very special time in my life. For the past three seasons, I have been blessed to be a member of the Up2Meradio network. Melinda Davis founded this network with the purpose of helping individuals build confidence to pursue their life goals through inspiring stories of health, well-being, and healing of the mind, body, and spirit. In 2022, I was blessed to become a member of this great podcast community. It is with mixed emotions that I share with you that the network is coming to a close.Our great founder,  Melinda Davis, is retiring after 12 years.  First, let me say that I am forever grateful to her for this opportunity.  Although I will miss the community, I am happy for her and her family and the decision that she is making to retire and move forward with other opportunities. I am most grateful for her kindness, compassion, mentorship, understanding,
