Tony manages the daily farm functions, which includes the supervision of employees and volunteers, overseeing the continuous care of produce, maintaining supplies and ensuring that produce is delivered in a timely manner to CSA members, soup kitchens and homeless shelters. He and his volunteer crew work the land using sustainable methods to harvest an average of 4,000 pounds of fruits, vegetables and spices annually.
