Synopsis

Have you ever eaten something that tasted REALLLLY good? Like nachos with melted, gooey cheese or a fresh blueberry cake donut that's still warm? You can lose weight eating these things if you can simply... ...set that fork down when you're satisfied. That's not complicated or hard until you start thinking: "No telling how long it'll be before I get to have this again." "This is too good to waste." "I'm already being bad, so I might as well eat all I can." When your brain lights up with 1001 ways to keep you eating (even when you know should stop), it can feel impossible to "simply set the fork down." Such a basic thing to do that feels like climbing the side of a mountain. Losing weight isn't simply calories in/calories out. It's not even the quality of food you eat at every meal. Losing weight comes down to how often you can eat shit you love without going face down as if it's your last supper. All of those "tiny" conversations in your head WHILE you eat need to change if your weight is going to change. T
