Steve Cohen, my producer, emailed Taylor Swift's publicist asking if she'd come on the podcast. He knew she was going to say "no." But he still did it. Steve sends out 200 emails a day, knowing 100% will come back as a "no." I'm fascinated by this. What's the point? Where's the line between annoyance and persistence?
