Most clients don't worry about Wordpress. Technical jargon will run off your clients.  Aligning interest with the Client - Understand your clients needs, use commons sense.  Make Friends with the clients - Andy wants to be comfortable with his clients. You want your friends to succeed.  Family - It is really all about family; they brings stability and motivation
