Beyond The Bench: Stemulating Career Conversations

It's 2018 and we are still having conversations about hairstyles and fashion choices as a career differentiator or limiting factor in the workplace.  We say that we embrace diversity and are inclusive, but are we?  When we produce websites, brochures and other material that showcase the people who work at our organizations, do they reflect the people who we say we are trying to attract?
