First Intel Reports Are ‘Almost Always Wrong.’ That Same Is True of Iran Strike | Victoria Coates

Informações:

Synopsis

Preliminary reports following U.S. military operations are standard, and “almost always wrong,” according to President Donald Trump’s former deputy national security advisor.   The effectiveness of U.S. strikes on Iran’s three primary nuclear facilities was called into question following reporting from CNN and The New York Times that was based on a leaked initial Defense Intelligence Agency report that suggested the strikes only set Iran’s nuclear program back several months.  Initial reports are “in real time,” Victoria Coates, who served in Trump’s first term and is currently the vice president of the Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy at The Heritage Foundation, told The Daily Signal, adding, such reports, as was the case with the leaked Defense Intelligence Agency report, are “expressed with low confidence.”   Subscribe to The Tony Kinnett Cast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-tony-kinnett-cast/id1714879044 Keep Up With The Daily Signal
