In our current world, the diet culture infused health and wellness one- we are told the only ways to obtain health are to: have a very specific body size, eat this not that and exercise as much as possible. And when you hear about intuitive eating... You fear that vegetables and all the foods you force yourself to eat to maintain your "healthy identity" will become foods you never eat again.
