Leaving Pakistan at the age of 18, he studied computer science in Oklahoma. After graduating, he established and operated multiple small businesses. Despite the success of his ventures, however, he still felt empty. Then, in 1999, his wife and he moved to Canada, where he discovered a land with strong family values a culture that wasn’t money-oriented. This was an important transformation point for Faisal as he started reading self-help books and attending different seminars. Led by renowned coach Dov Baron, he discovered his passion for helping others and became The LeaderSmith.
