Today's interview is with John John Genoves, whi is the former VP/COO of Malama Field Services, a small business that specialized in field work on pre-foreclosure through REO properties. With the help of 150 employees and contractors in nine states, he helped other small business owners and subcontractors work with larger corporations from home. Currently, he is the owner of an auctioning business, Malama Auctions and Appraisals, which is located on Kauai, Hawaii. John starts off by expressing his gratitude for being able to get out of bed every day. He explains that his work caused a severe back injury which forced him to use a cane or wheelchair to get around. However, he can now walk easily and enjoy being with his family, which consists of his wife, three-year-old daughter, and newborn baby girl. John further explains that it was his dad who decided to bring him and the rest of the family to Kauai.
