In this Denny Karhe interview  the founder of DK FitSolutions, who offers in-home personal training in central Florida discusses how his business and life have changed sense the arrival of his daughter. In addition to constantly designing coaching plans, he records two podcasts while juggling home chores and helping out with his three-and-a-half month old daughter. Speaking about his business, Denny explains that he started his one-man operation because he didn’t want to be at the gym all the time. He was also working in a sports medicine outreach program at a physical therapy clinic at the time. However, he was passionate about being a personal trainer, a job he couldn’t pursue because he didn’t want to be part of a corporate gym. Train At Home After talking with people around him, Denny discovered that most would rather train at home rather than the gym. As a result, DK FitSolutions was born. Relying on word of mouth and client referrals, he was able to get his business off the ground
