Self-proclaimed “dad enthusiast”, Jeff Hay is a Canadian writer, speaker, and parenting coach.  Father of four, including a five-and-a-half month baby, he is currently working on his parenting book “Wait Till Your Father Gets Home!” To him, the well-being of children can be guaranteed by increasing the involvement of responsible and committed fathers.
