Tyler Hayden is an energetic motivational speaker, organizational consultant and author of six books on personal development, team building, and leadership. A resident of Nova Scotia, he is passionate about farming, which is why he opened his own farm in UNESCO’s world heritage site Lunenburg at the age of 39. In addition to his wife and two daughters, he considers his two dogs, two cats, rabbit and over 80 chickens as part of his extended family.  Before initiating the session, Shawn thanks Tyler for introducing him to the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) when he first started out. He goes on to explain that Tyler pushed him to attend a conference taking place in Vancouver at the time.
