On today's episodes, I'm talking with my good friend Monica Busby. Monica is the founder of the company eCommerce Kids, a business developed to promote and educate children on entrepreneurial skills through retail arbitrage and ecommerce platforms like Amazon. eCommerce Kids originally started as a homeschool project for her son in October 2014, as a way to help him learn the fundamental basics of starting, building, and growing an ecommerce business while incorporating other important life lessons such as money management, budgeting, and more. By January 2015, this small homeschool project morphed into an amazing business opportunity – for herself, her son, as well as other children in the community. Monica has helped over 70 children and families learn the basics of Amazon retail arbitrage. Of those 70, 19 of the children have successfully generated over $500,000 in their first year in business.
