The need?People sit for hours each day, and know their back is taking damage, but they aren't sure what to do about it.   In addition to knowing our own backs are tacking damage from sitting for long periods of time in the wrong position, we also constantly see those we care about doing the same thing - sitting in the wrong position. There are two common positions that our backs go into when we are sitting.  Unfortunately, the most common one is called the "C-Position". The C-Position is where our body's make a "C" shape, and that means we are hunged over. This is not good for our health and particularly our backs.
