Summary Today Britt Eason is a c/o 2017 EWMBA student and Tech Manager @ LinkedIn. From Louisiana to Boston to the Bay, Britt's built a career taking on challenging opportunities in interesting spaces. Here's what I like about Britt. She's incredibly outgoing, smart, and has a huge heart. But this is what I love. She takes a clear position, whatever the topic (even the suitability of your last haircut:) She does so as someone willing make a decision or ask a question based on the information at hand. As someone open to being wrong (or misunderstood) and learning (or connecting), who doesn't let fear of the former stand in the way of making opportunity for the latter. To me, that's the essence of a Berkeley Leader. One who engages vs. hedges in uncertain situations. Whose clear terms and authenticity highlight the Defining Principles and leave no doubt as to their ultimate goal. Connect, understand, be and do better. Bring value quickly and get shit done.
