In this episode of MyRideShare Coach, I discuss the simplicity as well as the power behind the use of text messaging.  It is an essential part of communicating with your passengers. There will be times when calling your passenger becomes a challenge because you are unable to hear each other, due to noise.  Texting will allow you to create and maintain an addition line of communication with you passengers.  This goes a long way to make sure that they know that you are on the job and that you know of any changes or additional information that will assist in a smooth pick up!
