In this episode I discuss the simple act of calling your passenger. There will be times when, as a driver, you will be devoid of certain pieces of information. Specifically, there will be times when you are going to be given an apartment to drive to and you will have trouble reading the numbers on the building or you will be taken to the leasing office for a complex instead of the exact address. There are also times when you will be given a range of addresses and simply put, the information is unclear.   The most proactive thing you can do to ensure your success is to call the passenger and create a line of communication so that they know that you are on your way and that you know exactly where to pick them up from.
