In high school he built his first guitar that led him to working with Bob Taylor of Taylor Guitars. He was a teacher sharing his passion for craftsmanship and wood work with his students.  His love for building hand made pieces of wood craftsmanship for others led to more than a carpentry business.  He had a simple pain point while working on covering screw holes on a clients project. What he did to fix his pain point has built more than a business.  Fastcap is known world wide with 2700 distributors. All built from one simple idea.  Paul encourages his employees and you to come up with innovative ideas.
