We decided that it was important for you, our listeners to learn about more about our background and story, so that you could have a deeper understanding as to who we are, what we do, and why we were inspired to create this podcast.  Javier is from Miami, Florida. He graduated from Florida International  University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Javier currently works in an outpatient sports orthopedics physical therapy facility where, he helps active people recover from injuries faster so that they can return to their sports and/or activity pain-free without taking medications or having surgery. Javier is heavily invested in learning on a daily basis and enjoys reading books and listening to podcasts on personal development.
