We are ready to burst with excitement around our plans for 2016. We hope you are setting positive intentions as well to really make this year count. One of our favorite things to do every year is to take our goals and dreams to paper by creating a Vision Board. A vision board is a place to combine pictures, images, quotes and colors to illustrate your dreams and goals. Reflect on what you REALLY want this year and find the images that capture it visually. Think about the people you want to meet… the places you want to travel…the activities you want to try! According to the Society of Science, this process is especially useful when it comes to positive thinking and visualization. The more you can see and think about what you want, the more your brain becomes aware of opportunities for you to achieve it. You literally can rewire your brain for success.
