  In this week’s episode of Change Your POV Podcast I have the pleasure of sitting down with Julian Mather as we discuss changing careers. This is a very scary proposition for many, and something we as Veterans do quite often, but why? Getting out of the military and landing in a specific career field that you spend the rest of your career in is not very common. Many, (myself included) find out through trial and error, that certain career fields don’t end up as once thought or as advertised. The question becomes, do you have what it takes to walk away from a career in spite of your better judgment to pursue something different that you have more passion in? Many find themselves on that ledge but never make the leap. Julian Mather had what it took to make that leap of faith on more than one occasion.
