It's about a guy played by Jack Nicholson who's about to retire. Only he finds himself realising he feels like he kind of wasted his life. Never really took the big risk. Played the 'safety game'. And got stuck in middle management without making the true impact he felt like he could have. Don't get me wrong, there's NOTHING wrong with taking this route. You can be truly happy.
