Synopsis

Kim is strongly motivated and committed to care for people who can’t help themselves at home. Having suffered a debilitating stroke herself, she knows what it’s like to not be able to take care of everyday tasks. This experience propelled her into serving seniors, out of which grew a passion for people living with dementia. She is active in caregiver education, Care Options Network, and MASWA (Minneapolis Senior Workers Association). Kim has 3 children and enjoys volunteering for her church, spending time with friends, and blessing everyone she meets with her sense of humor. Kim lives in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul, Minnesota area where she is an AGE-u-cate® Training Institute Master Trainer.
