Note: Some of you will notice that this is the SAME episode as last week with a different Episode ID.  That's on purpose.  If you listened in, you'll know that we only aired the first 17ish minutes of the show.  That was on purpose (mostly) - We wanted to have an audio example of a public failure to kickoff the show.  And there it was!
