Sure, impeachment sounds good but you have to consider that it's historically hard as hell to pull off.  While it is always an option, Democrats have to triage impeachment way down the list of 2018 election strategies.  Republicans at all levels are already using it as a fear driver to get reluctant former Trump supporters to the polls in November.  So using it as an incentive to get Democrats to the polls will almost certainly backfire.
