Kathryn Wells is an attorney at Wells Law PLLC where she works with estate planning and closely-held business clients in Minnesota and Wisconsin.  Kathryn decided to practice in these two areas of law as she grew up around family businesses and understands the issues that business owners face and the unique dynamic that business and other investment holdings can play in estate planning.  Prior to starting her own practice, Kathryn spent time in the banking sector where she worked with trust legal and wealth management departments.  Before practicing law, she started her career as an IT consultant and is a graduate of the Saint Louis University School of Law and the Marquette University College of Business.  Kathryn enjoys serving on the boards of the Chrystal Lake Improvement Association and the Soar Leadership Council for the Children’s Cancer Research Fund as well as volunteering with the Wills For Heroes program.
