In 2017, however, she made a commitment to herself that she was going to give it shot as an individual. With a solid supporting cast, clearly defined goals, and FAITH, in God and herself, we watched her bring her goals to fruition this past weekend in the Central Region. With a stacked deck of female competitors determined to qualify, Jessica came out guns blazing, adding to the nickname given to her by her mother, "Pistons", and held on to that 5th Place spot to move on to Madison, Wis
