Today we’re going to pick apart a couple of Cirrus crashes, but not just any cirrus crashes. These are serious fatal accidents. In each case, the accident aircraft had a pilot plus 2 passengers.  And the reason Max and I are talking about these In particular, is because ATC played an interesting part in each one. Not necessarily a causal one, as we’ll see from the NTSB reports, but the interactions with ATC were key in one way or another in the events leading up to the occurrence.
