With our second rendition of the weekly spotlight, I sat down with fellow RI rapper Tamar (IG @only1wavy SC @T2Wavy). We discuss his some of his earliest influences such as Young Money, as well as his brother growing up in New York. Tamar shares his opinion on what the Rhode Island creative scene has been doing well so far, but also critiques what he thinks Rhode Island can change to benefit each other.
