Every time that the thought comes to us, "I need this", "I need that", "I would like this", "I would like that", "I should have this",  " I should have that"; our answer must be, "Man, shall not live by bread alone; -by effect- by creation- but by Spirit, the Creator, Creation Itself." That must be a continuous realization until we have overcome our desire for anybody or anything that is in the external realm.
