In this podcast, I interview Mark Bauhaus. Mark was one of my bosses while I was at Sun Microsystems. Mark also worked at Juniper while I was there, and was instrumental in my being hired! Mark is a 35-year tech industry executive and entrepreneur. He currently is a General Partner at Just Business LLC and Chief Commercialization Officer at Paired Power. He is also advising companies and mentoring students. Previously, Mark has been an Executive Vice President & General Manager for companies like Juniper Networks and Sun Microsystems. Mark is someone that I learned so much from. Just to mention one, he introduced me to the book “The Leadership Pipeline: How to Build the Leadership-Powered Company.” Mark really helped me to understand what my role was and how I should spend my time, as I moved up the leadership ranks.
