Today we bring you Stephens & Smith's newest addition to the S&S family, Shannon Simmons. Shannon is a commercial truck driver with nearly 2 decades of experience. A mother of four, Shannon was first introduced to the industry with some influence from her grandfather, who was a diesel mechanic. She received her training for her CDL through a program at the YWCA called, “women’s employment in non-traditional occupations. She soon went to work as a Ready Mix Truck Driver for NEBCO inc.  After nearly 18 years as a ready mix truck driver, she made a tough decision to make the move to Stephens & Smith Construction Company…and we are fortunate she made the move.     Ladies and gentlemen, allow us to introduce Shannon Simmons, welcome to the club.
